He was repeatedly opening cells before 5:30 after he was warned , I know this isnt worth a ban request but just because he has a history of spamming and disrespect . i dont know if this thing requires a ban or a tlist . thank you

Aside from being in the JB Bible, I don't see where anyone warned him in game to stop opening the cells before 5:30. I'll speak to him about it but I'm not going to tlist him for now.
