You've all heard the buzz and seen the thread. Battlefield Bad Company 2 is being released on March 2nd. There has been a lot of interest in the game from members of the HG community. It has been decided that Hellsgamers will buy Bad Company 2 servers for the clan.
We want to be one of the first communities to have servers for the game and quickly gain popularity within BC2. We can only do this if we get things set up quickly.
In order to do so however, we will need to get the money lined up. Bad Company 2 is requiring that we purchase their dedicated servers. Buying them direct from an Authorized host of BC2 will keep the servers more cheat-free and stable.
The server box we plan on getting will not only host BC2, it also supports BF2, and BF2142. Having this server box will bring a lot of members and attention to HG.
We are asking that players sign up for a monthly donation to support our Battlefield endeavors until they are popular enough to support themselves. All we are asking is that those of you who can help donate whatever you can to help out. Minimum donation accepted will be $5/month.
Once you set up a donation for it, you will get a special forum tag that shows that you are a BF Series Donator. You will get a reserved slot in all of our Battlefield servers and you will know that you are helping to make our servers the most popular and fun to play on.
One-time donations are also accepted and depending on the amount, you may get the benefits of the monthly donators (tag/slot).
