Please tell us about the incident Several things happened. -Gagged someone for something they did the previous round with no warning Said nothing about it until the next map began, and then gagged them. -Kicked someone with absolutely no warning, for something they may not have even been aware of. Wonderland kicked someone for nailing down a shelf on lv_426 that is unbreakable without telling them to unnail it. Proof of this is in the screenshots but not demo; you can see between the gag and the kick there is no warning. -Threatened to mass slay people behind the unbreakable prop If a man commits credit card fraud and books a party room, do you arrest the partygoers? The vast majority of people inside the cade were unaware of the unbreakable prop. There will always be people who are joining for the first time or don't pay attention. The "perpetrator" was already kicked and this is just excessive, unnecessary use of power. -Kicked people for saying he's abusing or simply responding to his messages under the pretense of "causing drama" View the demo for details. Furthermore this person has had numerous difficulties understanding how to use his admin powers, evident by everyone telling him he had to warn people first, and his ban report history: http://hellsgamers.c...AM_0:0:29466977 With the introduction of the mod guide on the forums there isn't really an excuse for this sort of behaviour after being warned by impakt 3 seperate times on the forums, let alone how many times he may have been warned ingame. I am unsure of the details and can't say much on this matter as I haven't played on this server much recently, but I have heard he has been abusing in minor ways for quite some time now. Magic Posted September 21, 2014 Share Posted September 21, 2014 After reviewing both points of review I saw some incidents which I thought were handled properly and situations which I believed were not handled properly. First, Wonderland, I do not like your attitude one bit. Just because you have a glowy name and admin doesn't give you the right to just tell players to "shut up" as you did numerous times. Admin doesn't make you better or be above any of our rules, you will be treated equally just like every other player. If you continue to disrespect players as you wish then this is not the right server for you. Also, you had no right to threaten to slay everyone in the cade. Going along with Matt's analogy, those players did nothing wrong. Why not just slay the person who nailed the shelf? Now, let me go over the three step process for dealing with a rule breaker. There were numerous times where you just kicked people from the server without even warning them, let alone giving them any time. Lets reference the Atrocity kick which was invalid. You spectated him, and automatically kicked him, no warning given at all. To your !gag/!mute, you used those improperly as well. The one player, NotHeromage46, after the replay of the map began just said "can't argue anyway" and you just gagged him. In no way is that disrespect at all. Learn when and when not to !gag/!mute. Those were all of the abusive actions I saw abused throughout both demos. Now, I am going to let you off with a warning due to no previous abuse reports on you, but this is a very serious warning. Learn to respect others and follow our policies or else you will not be welcome to admin here or play here in general. Don't let this happen again. REVIEWED.
