What I tend to look for is traits or typical movements. For example if your bigger (fat wise) I would tend to aim for your waist and lower.

 

Otherwise I typical aim for the opposite hand of the goalie. Assuming your right handed, I would typically aim for the upper left or lower left corners of the goal.

Do you have any specfic warmups u do?

I normally try to get my backed stretched out. If you lay on the ground with your back facing the ground, you pull on of your legs across your body and hold it for a good 10-15 seconds. Then do the other leg. This stretched out your lower back and helps your movement during the game.
