considering my age and weight.

I'm 5"9 if you guys need to know.

It's decent, depends on how long you've been lifting tbh. Just keep on working and it'll keep getting better.

Also was it just 1 rep or multiple? I assumed it was one but I want to make sure.

Edit: Also was it normal benching or on a smith machine?

Thats what I did at at 15 (freshman in highschool).

I weigh a little less then you and squat 315, but it took a while to get it to there. I'm also 7 years older then you so you can easily make 300lbs if you keep at it especially at that age.

I bench 185 now, which is ok, but my shoulders really wont allow any more without injury.

Keep it up and remember, Faithless is watching.

So I finally went to the gym today, so I decided to try what you said. I was able to squat 350 (3 reps as well), and bench 190 (1 rep)

I'm 16 about 165 lbs and been lifting for a little less than a year. So I think when I was your age / weight I was doing about the same maybe a bit more squat. But what you are doing is better than a lot of ppl I know so just keep at it.
