Sooo, on Monday I started Jogging with my White German Shepherd Dog.

Turns out my baby absolutely LOVES it.

We practice every other day now to not get her too tired, and just go on regular walks on the days in between.

We go on 30-40 minute jogs and take 2 to 3 short walking breaks during the jog.

Here's my baby during our second run this afternoon.

And here she's passed out right after.

I'd share a pic of me during the run but my face looks too fucked up. SORRY.

Does anyone else do canicross or go jogging with their dog?

I didn't even know there were white german sheperds.

Always thought there were only black/browish types.

Sure he/she looks cool what's her/his name ? :D

Her name is Nanouk! Means (king of the) polar bear(s) so it really goes well with her color!

In Belgium though they're a separate breed, in the US they're called white gsd's :) They're "swiss shepherds" here!

I do with my dog. My girlfriend and I try to take her on some walk/run every day. But she loves it. Shes still at the phase where she has a ton of energy and doesn't have to work hard.

that's pretty cool, what breed is she?

She is a Carolina dog also called an American Dingo. I took her out today and she got pretty tired near the end.

Those are adorable! Aren't they great runners, too?

I just took mine today she's been napping all afternoon

I wish my dog would do that... Instead of barking and crying all night.

maybe you should try doing something like that, he might need to get rid of his energy :)

being that she is still under a year, she has A TON of energy. While im puffing away, she just seems to be fine and jogging. really unfair.

thats just adorable!
