If you do however want to act on it: Main times you would kick/ban someone is when they are being either a general annoyance or hacking or whatever. If you do in fact ban someone, PROVIDE PROOF. If a person is being racist or saying derogatory terms to another individual, then warn them saying it's not allowed on the server.
