Cardinals' New Female Intern Breaks Gender Ground

The Cardinals announced the hiring on Monday, saying they added Welter to their staff as a coaching intern during training camp and pre-season. "Coaching is nothing more than teaching," Cardinals Coach Bruce Arians told the team's website.
