Ok, so I still don't understand why I was permanently banned. We literally all had a laugh about it, no one was taking offence to it and I was never warned about it. We were literally all smack talking each other and you decided that when another admin came into the picture that you would do something to make yourself not look like an idiot. I just don't get why the permanent ban was issued without prior punishment. If I was personally attacking someone, then I would understand but if I see people do it on the servers in music and in TeamSpeak private channels, then what is the big deal?

Um, I wouldn't call it trolling since we were all screwing around in there (you included) and I think it's funny that you took no action until Huejay came into the room. And people play songs that have racist language in them all the time in JB and they even say racial slangs in TeamSpeak private channels with friends. Do you even have a demo that I dropped an N-word? And anyways, I wasn't kicked for first offence, no one felt disrespected by it because we were all having a laugh and you didn't feel it was necessary to punish me until another admin came into the channel. Again, the entire point here is I feel as if I am being targeted for my past actions which I do not believe to be true. Also, I still have yet to see any evidence of this happening, so all of this is he-said-she-said and I feel as if a permanent ban was going too far.

I was sitting in a channel with a couple of friends and, even though I was being a little trolly to a few people in the channel, SpawnMatrix came in. A few choice words were said and within 10 minutes of this going on, Huejay came into the room. Now, I don't know if he brought him in there as a "second pair of ears" or whatever, but I guess he didn't like what I was saying and he banned me for 2 hours. I myself thought this was already harsh enough, since we were all friends in the room and we were having a laugh, but then I come to find out the ban was extended to a permanent ban. Now, I personally think I'm being targeted here, not going to lie. Yes, I was banned once before for trolling and saying explicit words but as far as I know, A. the admins have no proof of this happening to my knowledge, B. just because my history was bad before doesn't mean I am the same person as before, C. I was not warned, kicked or dream-wrecked prior to being banned or even permed which is why I feel as if I'm being targeted and D. we were all having a laugh in the room, if the admins were feeling disrespected by what I was saying, just tell me and I would have stopped. I'm mainly posting here because I have been banned once before, I have learned my lesson and I wanted to start a clean slate in HG from my prior experience and I don't appreciate the fact that your admins are taking my past into consideration when "punishing" me. So with that being said, I really want something done about this targeting that I am being hit with and, furthermore, if you have no evidence to back up your claim, I would appreciate it to be unbanned.
