I have been playing on HG for few months now and see the lack in staff needed on Orange. I am currently staff on two other TF2 community's and will make this one my priority. I have experience dealing with situations dealing with Hacker(s) / Mic Spammer(s) / Abuser(s) / and plain and simply not following the rules. As a leader of a community such as this you have to learn to be smart, peek, and ready to take action when necessary. I know ALL the TF2 sourcemod commands and when it is necessary to use each one. I have made friends with a lot of members on HG and hope to help catch the many hacker(s) I see atleast once a week.
