I've been away for a good year so I have tons of new things to explore ^^

It was definitely late 2015 for me.... funny considering I don't play a single gmod game besides ZS. No idea what possessed me to launch the game that day but I'm glad I did.

ZE maps are a break from the typical tryhard OBJ and ZS maps and offer just plain stupid fun where death means pretty much nothing. I personally hate ZE maps but a lot of players actually enjoy it for a number of reasons.

85 players having a wonderful experience > 100 players having a laggy and possibly upsetting experience. I can't afford VIP for a reserved slot and I can't log on until very late, to the point where 9/10 times it'll be filled. It sucks that some people have to get cut off but for the better of the server and for a more enjoyable overall experience for the players, it's best to keep it limited to make it as optimal as possible. At least that's how I see it~ -
I played when I'm bored and the server is usually very active. It creates a wonderful (or at least entertaining) social experience.

Was curious as to what map everyone found to be, in their opinion, the hardest obj map. For me it's a tie between Rescape and Blue Velvet.

It needs to be tweaked more than anything. At least nerf the knockback so zombies can actually hit the cade for once. -

A new selection menu would be nice. Zombies never get any love.

Most maps : Peashooter , X5 pistol ammo , knife , +both speed perks and +minor hp perk , non - meteralistic and palsy return. On obj maps I love : shotgun , x5 ammo , medkit , and the returns vary from game to game. I love playing risky and playing ring around with zombies and it allows for easy profit going into the deagle for later waves. Shotgun into boomstick for my tryhard runs on obj maps.

The GL still defeats the purpose of zombines. Powerful zombie with 400+ hp and does 40dmg a claw? Dies in seconds before it can even get a claw off. No a GL doesn't always determine a win or lose but it still has a huge impact when it comes out. For humans to die on wave 6 now the cade would have to be already very near dead or poorly built. The only way I see the GL fair is serving as a desperation weapon. Making it unlocked only when the 80% dies and not as a wave unlock. Yes there are other powerful weapons in the game but they felt fair and never felt cheap or too overpowered to go up against.

It's NOT fun for zombies though. There are 2 sides to this game and it's completely broken for the zombie side. How can zombies counter a GL. Even zombines get juggled around and get barely 1 hit or 2 in. There is 0 counterplay for the zombies when the GL is out. It turns waves 6 from an exciting final hold to a boring point form where zombies just get farmed. Yes its fun to use but only for the wielder and definitely not for the other 50% of the players (zombies).
