CSGO Michael Myers Event

How to play:
One player will randomly be selected at the beginning of the round to become Michael Myers (CT)
Michael Myers must hunt down every T and try to kill them
The T's must hide and try and stay away from Michael Myers
If you are the last T alive, you may kill Michael Myers (if not last T Michael Myers health is still ALOT)
Michael Myers will stay in spawn for 1 minute while the T's run and hide
Point system will go like this : 1 point to any player that becomes Michael Myers, 2 points to any player to kill Michael Myers, 1 point to every player that survives the round as a T (Michael Myers cant find all T's by the end of the time limit of the round)
Top 3 players with most points (Will be keeping score) will win the prizes

Description
In Dodgeball, everyone plays as the Pyro.
Rockets and nuclear bombs are fired from a pre-determined spot in the map. Each team of Pyros uses their compression blast ability to reflect the rockets and bombs back at the other team.
These projectiles are designed to follow one targeted player until deflected by an air blast. When the projectile is air blasted, its affinity and color changes and it targets a random player on the opposite team. It gains speed with each deflection until the projectile's new target does not successfully deflect it, damaging or killing the target.
The rocket can also be reflected into the ground to allow the player to survive and reset the rocket, and even rocket jump.
Gameplay continues until one team is eliminated entirely. Players are usually continuously supplied with ammunition via the map or a custom Flamethrower.
There are two types of projectiles used: the rocket and the nuclear bomb. The rocket looks like a standard Soldier's critical rocket with the same damage as a normal critical rocket.
The "nuke" rockets are larger, slower, and usually appear in the form of the bomb attached to most Payload carts and bleeps like a Level 1 Sentry Gun. These bombs have a much bigger area of effect and a much higher damage output, able to kill anyone within its blast radius. It's explosion animation is the same as the sentry buster. As a result, players tend to pay more attention to reflecting nukes.

What are the teams and how were they created?

We had each person participating post their summoner name and a link to their
na.op.gg,which we gathered their divisions/ranks and statistical MMR (Matchmaking Rating) with.

We then organized the players on a spreadsheet and the process went like this:

How will the event work?

Game 1 - Team 1 vs. Team 2

Game 2 - Team 1 vs. Team 3

Game 3 - Team 2 vs. Team 3

The first part of the tournament will be Round Robin type matches.

If a team wins both of their matches, they will automatically move on to the next part of the tournament,

along with the winner between the other two teams.

If each team ends up winning a game, the teams with the most points (kills) will move on to the next stage.

The team that ends up not moving on past the Round Robin will receive HG VIP on a Game Division of their choice!

Game 4 - Round Robin Winner vs. Round Robin Runner-Up

Winners of Game 4 are the Champions, losers being the Runner-Ups.

The Champion Team's prize will be...

A 975 RP Skin/Champion of their choosing for each person on the team!

The Runner-Up Team's prize will be...

A Mystery Skin for each person on the team!

Also, since HeLLsGamers is now sponsored by GeekFuel...

There will be a "GeekFuel'd MVP of the Tourney" that we will be choosing!

We will look at all the stats of the tournament (every matchup, game, etc.)
in order to spot who we specifically think did the best performance with their team!

Whoever is picked as this special "MVP" will win a Free GeekFuel Box!

Unfortunately, we will not be having this game streamed, due to scheduling restrictions.

Although, there will still be a channel devoted to the myself shoutcasting the game,

and the separate TeamSpeak channels setup for each team participating to talk strategy on and off the Rift.

Anyone is welcome to join said channel and listen in on the action.

Basic Rules to Follow:

Follow all rules as if you were in an actual League match.

Do not be disrespectful.

Do not be racist or use racist terms.

No recruiting or advertising for other clans.

Do not use third party programs or exploit the game while playing.

You must be in TeamSpeak in order to play for communication reasons.

This is friendly competition. Keep things professional and clean. You are representing HG still.

Be sure to be in Teamspeak an hour before the event starts to get everything set up in time for the event and to organize with your team.
