Leadership Vs Regulars Event

Come join us on Sunday Feb. 17th @ 8PM EST on the dust 2 server and play against members of a leadership team.

HeLLsGamers! We are going to hold an event where you can play vs members of the leadership team. (dA,dL,uM and C)
 
Who: -hg- to Council
 
When: Sunday, Feb 17th @ 8PM EST

Prize: Random game giveaways will be given.
 
Rules: You must RSVP this event on HG Calendar to be entered. You will also need to show up for the event. In the RSVP wall, you will put the game you want to win. (Depending on how many players we have attending, will determine how many winners I'll choose) If you RSVP and do not join the event, you will be disqualified from winning the prize.
 
This is an event where HG recruits to HG Vets have a chance to play against some members of the leadership team. You will be able to show your skills and hopefully defeat us. (I probably will not let that happen) This is a good opportunity for the community to interact with each other and get to know the leadership team. Do not forget to join our Team Speak 3 server and talk to us while playing either.
 
Rules for all Servers
No Cheats, exploits or 3rd party tools that give you an unfair advantage over other players.
No ghosting.
Be respectful to everyone! A certain amount of smack-talk is ok, but do not be disrespectful.
No harassment, if someone tells you to stop trolling or talking smack, STOP.
Do not be racist or use racist terms! These servers are for everybody.
No useless spamming of the mic, text, or radio. That means no songs/soundbytes, especially if fellow players are complaining.
No recruiting or advertising for other clans in here.
Do not wear the -hg- / [HG] / HG | tag unless you are an HG member!
No name impersonation of ANYONE, especially not HG members.
No horrid/pornographic sprays (nothing below the belt).
If you are caught trying to crash or lag the server you will be permanently banned.
Be respectful of all players.

HG Store Update

As well, check out your new Client Area, where you can manage all your donations and subscriptions and get support help.
 
The Store is Secure SSL encrypted, as well all your personal data will be kept private.
 
For Credit Cards, we use the Stripe gateway, which features are highly secure. We do not store your card information. In fact the features of how Stripe works is your card information never even processes through our website, javascript is used and your browser directly communicates to the Stripe secure servers. Only a reference token is returned to our Store to identify your payment. Paypal is also an option on checkout.
 
 
There are a few (good) changes to our Admin/VIP/Gold packages.
Gold Accounts for $15 now get Global Access to a game of choice instead of access to only one server.
Currently the game choices are: (CS:S & CS:GO) or TF2 or GMOD.

The next change is for those of you paying for $40 Global Admin, this is now called a Platinum Account which gives you Global Access across all games instead of one game. e.g. CS:S, CS:GO, GMOD, TF2, etc all games and all future game perks across HG.

We also now have Black Accounts, which is for those of you that donate a cumulative of $99+ or more per month through any of the following combined: Front page donations, gold/vip/platinum/black subscriptions, as well as gifting other members. We thank you for your support.

The old Legacy Store will be kept accessible for those of you that have active orders there, that is fine, however new orders are disabled. You must use the new Store for future orders.

Hello fellow HeLLsGamers!
 
A long time ago HeLLsGamers use to host one of the most popular dust2 servers. It's a pleasure to say that I'll be over seeing the revival of this.
 
Mission: To go back to our glory days where we host one of the most populated dust 2 servers on Counter Strike Source.
 
How: With the support of leadership and YOU (hg recruits, HG members and HG Vets), we will be the foundation with getting this server up and running again. You will help recruit new players as well as set a good example for the community.
 
When: All of February.
 
What's in it for you? Prizes. I will be giving away cash for the top 3. We will also be giving free admin for those who help idle and repopulate the servers! Don't worry if you can't spend all day on the servers, I will be doing random prize drawings or anyone who logs a certain amount of hours that month. (Join our community if you are not already to be able to win other prizes and giveaways)

Server Upgrade E5-2690's

That's right, our new HG Items premium store is now also available on all of our CS:GO servers. To find out more about HG Items, visit this article.
 
Due to limitations of engine, and differences in the game, trails, and half of the hats are still disabled, but there is a healthy selection of hats, and 3 other attachments (fairy wings, jet pack, and beaver tail)
 
And as a bonus, as opposed to receiving 3 credits per 3 minutes for idling, and 10 credits per 3 minutes for playing on our CS:GO JB server, you will now receive 5 credits per 3 minutes for idling, and 12 credits per 3 minutes for playing on our death match servers.
 
 
And of course, everyone give a big thank you to ThatShortKid for making the models required for this plugin to work on CS:GO.

Mccain's 3 Year Contest

Create a short clip for a chance to win a $60 steam game or other prize!

Hey guys, I was going to post this tomorrow but i'm not certain I'll have the time to do so. Tomorrow (Jan 19) marks the date that I registered on the forums, and I applied for recruit 1 month later on the same day (Feb 19). So, to celebrate I'm going to do a contest
 
Description:
The objective is to create a short clip of yourself playing any game, and competing with others to create the best clip. The gameplay can be anything, as long as it's you playing. It can be something funny, interesting, random, or just a clip of something sweet you did in a 10man.
 
Details:
Contest begins Jan 19 and ends Feb 19
Submissions must be in before midnight Feb 19
Winner will recieve a $60 steam game, or something of equal or lesser value. (ex: riot points, hgbux, rep, etc, etc)
Depending on the amount of submissions received I will narrow the entries down to either 5 or 10 and hold a poll and have the community decide the winner
Polls will be released shortly after submission cutoff and will end sometime between Feb 22-24
If there is a submission that I may not fully appreciate (such as something LoL or WoW related) I will ask someone to rate the clip compared to some of the other top submissions
Participants must be a recruit or higher

Rules:
Footage may not have already been used in any other videos, and must have been recorded this year (2013)
Footage must feature you in some way
Clips must be no longer than 3:00 (I dont want to sit there and watch you play an entire match, just make highlights if needed)
Submissions MUST be unlisted on youtube and the link to the video pmed to me on the forum (I dont want to discourage anyone if they see anyone elses submissions)
If you do not have a youtube account or would rather send me a raw file of the footage that is also acceptable. ( What i mean by this is actual video files such as .AVI, .WMV, .MP4, ETC)
If you do send me a raw video file, the size must be no more than 100 MB
Cheating will result in instant disqualification (Using gameplay of someone that isn't you, or old footage) and you will not be able to participate in any of my future giveaways (This is my first one, so no guarantees on another)
