If you want crits. 1. it's extremely basic, seems high poly but doesn't make good use of the polys. 2. He seems to understand the basics of modeling and or smoothing. 3. The texture is only a flat basetexture. 4. Learn how specular, glossiness and normal maps work and how to apply them to get nice results.
