I definitely prefer obj. While zs maps are usually a hit or miss when it comes to winning (map and whoever caded), obj can change a lot. Those few people who lead those new to the map really gives motivation to everyone. Plus, the majority of obj have a big point reward at the end which motivates both the humans to win and the zombies to try and stop the humans.
