Global Moderator: Explained, Changes, Welcome Back

As many of you may have noticed, we decided as a division to wipe the Global Mods. We weren't sure which direction we were going to put them in, but ultimately we decided it's better to keep the system rather then scrap it.

 

Now, the changes:

 

Global Moderators are here to set the example. They are there, if they choose to accept the position, as a replacement if a Staff member cannot be reached. They are there to lead the mods in each server in the right direction. They are there to be chosen as the next up coming staff member.

 

They play an extremely crucial role in the division. They will be given a lot of responsibility, and it's the perfect way for us to determine if they would be able to hold a position like Staff.

 

With that being said, I am capping out the Global Mod position at a limit of 3. No more than that.

 

Each moderators chain of command will be:

On-top of all this, I will personally be handing out more responsibility and having them play a bigger part in the division related things. They are a mini-staff and should be treated as such, at least in CSGO division.

PSA to all GM's: With more more power comes more responsibility. You will expected to be looked up to as an example. If not, your GM will be stripped and you will go straight back down to a regular mod. All of you are held at a very high level. I don't wanna hear about any GM's trash talking other mods or members in TS or little immature things such as that. No quirky comments, keep that shit to yourself. Or we will wipe GM's again and it'll be on you.
