multiple racial comments warned repeatedly. only 1 hour so he can cool off. Hopefully dont have to do again or go permaban

in my rush to start the demo since it was all being said over mic I accidentally forgot to put a name to it. I did warn everyone via both mic and all chat to watch the racial comments. I then kicked him since he actually increased after the warning. He then came back on and started again so I finally banned him. When I went to stop the demo so submit it I noticed my error.
