Wouldn't stop hyperscrolling despite warnings.

Needs to be constant 17+ to be considered a hyperscroll, while the other screenshots show he may have the last definetly wasnt. Like in the example above, the high numbers were caused by being on a ladder. Definetly not blatant enough to easily call a hyperscroll
