Starshade kept killing Ts based on location / sound. He got gagged for racism and kicked for intentional RDM on huGe. I don't have the slay since someone said they had it on demo. I don't have the ban because the person he RDMd said "I give whoever permission to kill me," and really baited the RDM. Starshade took the bait and wound up getting banned by Niels. He can take this as a warning to read the rules and not RDM but, I alone don't have the proof to get this ban approved.

In the future we need proof to approve bans. Please make sure to post on ban reports if you ban someone ingame like this.
