Personally I love seeing people crush their personal records- it's motivating, you know? It shows progress and dedication, which is essentially the essence of the lifestyle.

 

Everyone is welcome here! This thread is here for both rookies and vets alike. Don't be intimidated if someone explains how they just smashed a 455lb squat or hit an 18 minute 5k, it's all about your progress. No flaming will be tolerated, we're all here to help each other... so get to posting!
