The Bans

Can someone please explain to me on how the admins/mods decide on banning someone? There are times when people have several warnings, and other times when there are no warnings, through mic/chat

So my ban in particular,

I was banned without an assured warning (maybe I was warned over mic), but I do not play with sound, sorry :c

anyways, chat warnings is more feasible to understand as you can see it visually, but I did not receive any of those however.

So my point is

I was recently playing the Crackhouse servers, (one of which I thoroughly enjoy, keep it up)

and there seemed to be an issue with a player that was playing music I assume, as there were multiple people in chat telling him/her to stop. (I don't know if he was spamming, but that's what I assumed)

but look at the multiple warning this guy receives, aint that fantastic? I wish I could have said the same for my ban yesterday afternoon.

So just some insight on how these admins/mods take action would be lovely

ALSO!!!! How do these bans differentiate from one other. For example, how would "name-calling" be different from mic spamming? like what determines the length of a ban.

To begin It looks like they are 2 different admins and it looks like killer was a little more lenient than runfast. A gag/mute is also technically considered a warning and it is displayed in chat as well. The procedure would be to warn/gag/mute > kick > ban. I agree that maybe 1 warning before the gag would be acceptable but they are both within the lines no matter what way. Also disconnecting then reconnecting does seem a little suspicious that you knew you were aware that you were gagged and tried to avoid, but im not going to accuse you of doing it because I know Ive done it with out noticing either. You can also see that your ban was only for an hour as it was just a minor rule break, all you need to do for next time is just be a little more aware. I understand your stance on this but like I said before a gag/mute is also considered a warning as well. If you have any other questions relating to this then feel free to ask.

Also ruthless covered this as well that runfast needs to do a chat warning (not just mic).

Thank you for replying Supa Dupa Kjpski,

Skerptzor, I am sorry for the confusion. There have been multiple issues with you in the past all of which have been resolved at https://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?sf=bid&so=is&st=0:29069943, I was in the server at the time of this occurrence and had heard Runfast issue a verbal warning before the mute, I had a talk with him yesterday indicating that a warning needs to be issued over admin chat as well in the future this should not be an issue in the future but please go and refresh yourself on the rules at https://hellsgamers.com/messageoftheday/crackhouse so this no longer occurs.
