Motivation is temporary.

 

You should this "going to the gym" thing make a habbit.

People have good habits and bad habits.

IE; Good: Brushing your teeths in the morning and when you go to bed.

IE; Bad: Biting your nails.

 

I feel disgusted when I skipped brushing my teeths this morning because I almost came to late at college.

And I don't bite my nails anymore since I learned it the hardway (After you wear braces and they take it out you get something behind you teeths to keep your teeths straight) well I broke that a while nail biting and then I stopped doing it.

 

You should make going to the gym a habbit and one day if you skip a gymday you will feel disgusted or have the feeling that you're missing something.

Those are good hygiene tips and all, but that aint motivation. Motivation is getting that fire lit in your heart that drives you to do something. Motivation is why amazing things happen. Because people had that determination, that desire to know what they want and make it theirs. Without motivation, going to the gym will seem like a chore and you will break that habit. Motivation is NOT temporary. You just don't want it bad enough to turn it into something bigger.
