  1. Crushed my Spartan trifecta this year. Already mapping out a double trifecta for 2017 and contemplating running an ultra-Beast in Seattle at the end of the year...AROO!

  2. Partying with the Chem teacher...I like that, lol.

  3. Welcome! I don't play Jailbreak, but maybe you'll Dust up sometime.
  4. A week ago I was climbing Mayan ruins and swimming in cenotes in the Yucatan...why did I come back???!

  5. Went to 'Nawlins last weekend for a bachelor party. Bourbon Street smells like poo, shame and regret, but everything else was great. Post-drunk beignets at Cafe Du Monde, mmmmmm.

    1. Spazer

  6. Do you say "Gojira" or "Godzilla"?
  7. Cool! I'd love to see your video, Tut!
  8. Did a trip to Cancun a couple weeks ago with the guys and left the wives/girlfriends at home. It was my first trip there; most of my guys trips are geared toward finding surf so we head to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, etc, but this was a great trip and one you should do for several reasons: It’s very affordable, especially when you split the hotel and rent-a-car between a few guys. Airfare ran us $225 on Volaris, the Mexican airline. The Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza a couple hours drive away in Yucatan state are incredible. We were there on the equinox when the serpent shadow appears on the massive temple there. The cenote at Ik-Kil is a few minutes from Chichen Itza. There are many cenotes close to the ruins at Tulum near Playa Del Carmen, but Ik-Kil is incredible and is where they did the Red Bull high diving event…diving a hundred feet into a hole in the earth…insane! You can go down to the water and jump in from lower and swim, it’s surreal. The ruins at Tulum are beautiful and sit above the ocean, so you can go down to the beach and swim and look up at pre-Columbian temples on the cliff. The snorkeling at Cozumel is terrific, and you can have lunch at the famous Senor Frogs. The clubs in Playa Del Carmen and the Cancun Hotel Zone are going off every night of the week and filled with beautiful people of all ages. Go to Xcaret. I can’t describe this place adequately…so much fun. Anyway, other than getting the typical Mexican shakedown from a fat, sloppy municipal cop the first night, it was smooth sailing. Take this trip, it’s worth it.
  9. Do you fish? Are you an occasional fisherman, or obsessed like me? I fish both fresh and saltwater year round since I’m blessed to live and work in So Cal. I love to fish from my float tube in freshwater, but I own a 22’ Pro Sports CC with twin Yamaha 100s on the back for bluewater fishing off San Diego and down into Mexico. The Bluefin are starting to show up already, and the yellowtail never left, so this looks like it’s shaping up to be another epic season here! Tell me about your rigs, boat, etc, I’d love to hear!
  10. Ooooh, I love Colorado! The beaches are beautiful!!!
