Anxiety, Depresion.
Hey guys, i suffer from this 2, so i waned to admit it so i can help out if any of u have the same problems,
First, avoid drugs medications!!!!!
Drugs can help u calm down, but it doesn't cure it, and u will depend from them on the long run.
work out 40 mins a day, everyday and it will feel good, your body will relax after and feel no Anxiety.
Is all in you mind, try to think positive.
Eat veggies, take fish oil, salads, seeds.
Stop energy drinks, Caffeine, coffee, sugar, white rice, pepsi etc....
Gaming! i game 3 hours a day, and it helps to distract my mind, but whenever u feel like the game is making u anxious, stop playing it.
