Hello friends.

 

I have been up for the last 3 hours scared to death to go to sleep.

 

I recently watched Wickedshrapnel play "Slender". (

) Throughout the gameplay he talked about "The Old Hag Syndrome". If you guys/gals don't know what it is ..it is often called "Night Terrors" or Sleep Paralysis.

I have suffered from this since I can remember. Almost 3 or more times a month ..less than 3 if I'm lucky. If you have not experienced this, it is scary. It makes me not want to sleep some time (hence if anyone that talks to me the most knows that I say I'm tired ..but can't sleep)

 

This is why. Sleep Paralysis is a phenomenon that makes you paralyzed from moving. (even though it seems like you are awake, and your mind thinks you are.) You can see around your room, in your house ...but when I experience this, I try to scream, jump, move, get out of bed ..but all actions are futile. It is very scary. I'm not sure how to deal with it.

 

Have anyone else experienced this?
