Why are there so many jokes and ways people can make fun of gingers

Personally i love gingers like how could you hate one... some people love gingers so much they don't even care about their name they just call us gingers or "my ginger".

Honestly i have no reason for writting this blog thing so if you've read this far don't stop now. (Don't judge me on trying to use proper grammer...)

The biggest question for me is why are people with red hair called gingers?

I've heard alot of ideas but they were all stupid, like my drunk french teacher said it cought on because of a hot girl in Gilligan's island named ginger.

AND kick a Ginger day who ever came up with that "props" last year when i got to school (i was in grade 9) all the gr 9's and some gr 10's were giving me pedofile looks and as soon as i got into the stair well i got shin raped, the rest of the day i went around protending to be a GingaNinja
