BranHorse
The MAX load for this card is 300 watts That is just the card. So if the gpu is running at 100% and your processor is pulling 75w or whatever you will be in trouble. Also i doubt it will have the 6+8pin connector. Post system specs if you don't mind. He said system specs, not graphics card specs. Also, I wouldn't feel safe unless I had a 600W power supply minimum. You have to worry a bit about rail limitations, as well as efficiency of the power supply.

BranHorse
Just looked at the specs and yes you do need a new psu and you need to measure the space in the case to make sure there is enough room for the card. The gpu you selected is about 11 inches long so your case has to be able to accommodate that. For the psu any reputable brand (seasonic, select corsairs coolermasters etc.) with atleast a bronze efficiency will be fine. Keep it above 600watts. You have to worry a bit about rail limitations, as well as efficiency of the power supply. Follow this man's advice. I used to have a power supply that, while had enough wattage, the rail limitations fucked my graphics card over. Got a Corsair and never had a problem since. AKA, don't skimp on the PSU.
