Hey guys ik the game is a bit old considering GTA V is out (btw i do have it) but ive been on youtube looking at mods and theres one that caught my eye. the lcpd:fr mod which lets you be a goverment official. I recomend u try this mod if u have GTA IV for the pc IT IS AWESOME.
