Updated My Steam Id Converter

Long ago, I created a Steam ID converter. It used to be in the tools tab on the forums.

 

Since we changed forums, it has been lost to the world.

 

Today, I decided to do some upgrades to it, and relocate it to my new domain. You can see it here:

I updated it to the new Steam API, switched out old prototype js for jquery, moved CSS to SASS, and other things.

 

I am not finished yet. It will have more information later, as well as fully use HTML5.

 

Also note, that I changed the types of inputs you can put in to make it work. So give it a try with various things that you think should work. You might be surprised to find that they do

Be more specific. For Example : Instead of Saying " You may put in pretty much anything (including 32bit IDs) " . Say something like " You can put anything like your steam profile URL or steam ID . not that serious, but you could also put spaces between each example to make it easier to read

 

fyi : the shortcut to add someone to your friends list seems to not work

Friends list shortcut works fine for me, the person you are trying to add may just be blocking all friend requests.
