Please tell us about the incident:we were playing jb server and me and other admins have warned iaman about doing stuff like this all the time that he can not just hand out tlocks and tlist without warning or giving them a reason why so they can learn from there mistakes. i noticed that he slayed a ct and asked him if he gave him a warning and he said he doesn't have to even though it clearly says in the !motd that you have to warn.. i showed him the proof and he just kept being rude and saying fill out a abuse report, as you can see in the proof. right after i got the evidence i noticed he tlocked another person without a warning or without giving them a reason so i am now posting to forms. "he has been talked to about this stuff before" thank you.

Not sure if someone wants to look at admin logs but this tlist is a good example. Player was CT and ran in to lower VIP when T's were there, was told to leave and was headed out when he got tlist'ed by the admin in question. I never saw any warnings given to the player before he was tlisted and he doesn't appear to have a history here.

about an hour ago i slayed him and warned him for fking and baiting and just then he goes next too vip kills him self and give me guns we had a gunplainitng issue for the last 5 rounds and we now found out it was him

Pichu was slayed about 20 minutes before that happened by Kikazz. The order is: warn/slay > tlock > tlist. That was followed considering that Pichu was previously slayed. However, you should be using common sense as well when admining. If someone is spraying into the stack, are you really going to ask them in admin chat to nicely stop? No. Use common sense and don't overreact everytime someone makes an error.

For the pinkerton tlist, it seems like just before he was tlisted, he was slayed and tlocked as well, so I'm pretty sure that tlist is valid.

 

Of course, I would need a demo to know whether or not these slays/tlocks/tlisted were required or not, but since none of you provided one in the first place, I'd imagine that none of you have one. Either way, there's no reason to turn this into a huge problem.
