TROLL321
I am sure that i am not the only one who sits for like 12 hours straight in front of the PC or Console , but this can cause health problems ,and to prevent this from happening here are some tips : 1. Its advised to look to a far place every 15 minutes if you are planning on sitting for more than 2 hours . 2. Its recommended to get a comfy chair with and adjustable back and height , so you don't get backaches and bone diseases . 3. Let the upper edge of your monitor be at the same height level as your eyes . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - New Recruit : TROLL321 TROLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!! Cid
I've read that sitting down gives you ass cancer, I've read that too much exercise gives you cancer, I've read that eating bad food gives you cancer, I've read that being too clean gives you cancer. I've resigned to the fact that we will all get cancer, inevitably. Also, sitting down and not doing anything for 12 hours is ALWAYS bad for your health lol. Don't do that.
