jackson just kicked a non with no warning and aparantly the name was for a joke

Since you took the liberty to post a screenshot, mine would show me doing the exact same thing, and here's why:

 

1. He's a recruit in HG. When he joined, he agreed to certain rules to follow. Therefore, he agrees he knows the rules.

 

2. There's an MOTD in JB that bars disrespect. His name is disrespectful to the tag he wears and the community he represents.

 

3. Being a recruit who agreed to and understands the rules, and the MOTD, he knows better automatically than your average player (and even more so than your new players.)

 

4. I kicked him, and I made the reason pretty clear (albiet somewhat vague in its presentation) that fuck hg? Nope, fuck you.

 

 

You know much better than that, and if you're going to wear that tag, you automatically know MUCH MUCH better than that.

 

When he returned into the server and asked in public chat what the kick was for, he was then greeted by multiple admins (meaning CRC and I at the time) telling him to change his name.

 

His response was that RedDevil and Homer had told him it was alright to do so.
