DeRedPanda
A player joined the CSGO HG JB server with the name DeclareN*** (I don't want to get in trouble) with the end letters iga. I am aware it's a g off of racist slang word. I felt like it was implied Racism so I told him to change his name. He adventualy changed it to just Declare. After there was a discussion between the Admin about if it is racist or not. Some admins were saying by searching it on Google you can see it stands for National Indian Gaming Association. It also shows the the urban dictionary having it be a shorten version of the racist slang. It wasn't capitalized like it was an acronym for the gaming association and the player never said that's what it stood for. Was it right for me to make him change his name? This is for advisors + Edited July 1, 2014 by DeRedPanda
Deadlock
Yes, that would be implied racism. For example, we don't let people say the word niger. Though it is a country in africa, it's still considered implied racism.
joKer
I would agree with you as a quick google search for that exact name shows nothing but his steam profile. Ill leave final word for someone else but i believe your in the right.
Dode
Like everyone said I think you're right here. People just do that shit to be trolls by being borderline racist and pushing the limits to see what they can get away with.
