He gagged me a player for no reason all he did was compare him to a president in chat, i have gagged this player before but told him not to spam more than 2x in a row and he has not spammed since then he did nothing wrong and he gagged him i witnesses it and ungagged him even tho i shouldnt have and he gagged him again hes abusing his powers.

and i admit i undid what he did but he shouldnt have gagged him in the 1st place this proof shows i ungagged him...

Goblin did not show previous spam and disrespect from player LESGITIT. I did not know an abuse report would be filed because I was in my right to gag player LESGITIT. Unfortunatly I was not able to get all forms of spam and disrespect from LESGITIT because someone had restarted the server, I also could not go back far enough in console to get the statements made from LESGITIT. Here is one of the statements made after I anounced I was jewish and something was offensive to me, thereafter LESGITIT started filling chat with this message directed at me (see image). After I had gagged LESGITIT he was then ungagged by other admin Goblin. I was in my right and Goblin abused his power to ungag a player I had repremended. After Goblin had ungagged him LESGITIT continued to violate spam and disrespect rules, after that I had to gag him again to get him to stop.

Yeah, bullshit. This gag was 100% in the right. You even said yourself that he has been gagged and warned before, and these type of comments DEFINITELY deserve a gag, if not more.

 

Hell, I'm banning him for a few days just from scanning through his chat logs.

 

Before you judge, maybe you should know the full story. Talk to your fellow admin(s) instead of coming straight to forums to make an abuse report.
