While I may question the !slay and !zlists, I would need a demo to serve as sufficient proof to take action on as your screenshots show only cement's cade and not the player he zlisted. Again, for future reports please try to have a demo, it's not that hard (Just type record <insertdemonamehere> into your console and then type stop whenever you want to end the demo. You would then find the demo in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod just scroll down.) However, he is currently serving a ban as Fuzzy linked above me. NOT ENOUGH INFO.
