Justin
Starting yesterday every game I have played I just get terrible FPS. In games like GMOD I get 5-10 FPS and in CSGO I get 10-20. This just started happening yesterday, before then it was fine. Normally I would be getting at least 40 or 50 FPS in Gmod and 100+ in CSGO. I would also like to say that I did not change any video settings whatsoever before my FPS dropped so that is not the cause. Does anyone have any suggestions? Dode
Im not good when it comes to hardware issues but is it possible that your gpu or something is overheating? You can try using speccy to check the temp of your cpu and gpu Edited August 15, 2014 by Dode added link
Weeman
When was the last time you opened up your case and blasted everything with a good ol can of compressed air? Just keep the can of air a little bit away from the components and shoot short bursts of air to clean it out.
digitalworkshed
Maybe your mobo or your GPU is overheating. Try downloading CoreTemp or Speccy. Maybe it's time to do some maintenance on your PC. Edited October 2, 2014 by digitalworkshed
