To be honest, I wouldn't really call this porn nor would I really call it an offensive picture (but that's just me) It's not something horrific like goatse or tubgirl or any terrible picture based meme that 4chan might spawn. 'Tis just a picture of a Horse Dong.

 

Having said that because everyone has their own opinion, I'm going to leave it up to other staff members to decide whether or not this is worth a ban.

No, Jailbreak is the only server that I'm aware of that has a "No Porn Spray" rule.

That server is one of the servers where in regards to material such as that the people that giggle and think it is funny outnumber the people who don't want to see it. Thus, you won't be able to enforce it just by a majority reason. You just got to say no to it as an admin and show them how shiny and pretty your hammer is.
