Hamhugger
I was playing in the jailbreak server fine for about an hour yesterday evening. All of a sudden my FPS would go from 200-300 down to the teens whenever there was action around me. When I would press escape to go to the menu my game and audio would stutter for a few seconds. Maps would also lock up for about 15-20 seconds while loading. This went on all night and not just on the jailbreak server. The issue persisted immediately when I tried other servers and matchmaking. Restarting my computer, closing every app but CS:GO and steam, verifying files. The only thing that fixed it was rolling back my realtek drivers to a few months back. I didnt think that the jailbreak server caused it even though it was not an issue until I played in that server for the first time in cs:go. But I joined the server again tonight after fixing the FPS issue and after about 20 minutes my FPS tanked and all the issues came back. Any idea what would be causing that? Hamhugger
Try to unstall your game and the CS file. Prob a skin causing the problem I think ill have to do that. I just uninstalled/reinstalled the same audio drivers and the issue is fixed again but that seems like a temporary fix.

GoatFeathers
I had a similar problem. I re-verified the integrity game cache (right click CSS in your library > properties) and it seemed to fix the issue.
