The games called Dragon Bane Elite and you can find it on the app store. My players name on there is Brando Wilson. Its about a mercenary that befriends a lone dwarf warrior, soon meeting up with others along the way, forming yourselves into a team to destroy the Undead and the many others who constantly try to kill you and the land you live on.
