For example if your bigger (fat wise) I would tend to aim for your waist and lower. Otherwise I typical aim for the opposite hand of the goalie. Giants745 Posted October 8, 2014 Share Posted October 8, 2014 I normally try to get my backed stretched out. If you lay on the ground with your back facing the ground, you pull on of your legs across your body and hold it for a good 10-15 seconds. Then do the other leg.
