Dode
It's decent, depends on how long you've been lifting tbh. Just keep on working and it'll keep getting better. Also was it just 1 rep or multiple? I assumed it was one but I want to make sure. Edit: Also was it normal benching or on a smith machine? Edited October 17, 2014 by Dode added more questions?????? I've been lifting for 6 months and i can do 4 reps of my squat max and 3 reps of my bench max.

Orange Oracle
You're going at it at a young age, wouldn't you agree?
BranHorse
Thats what I did at at 15 (freshman in highschool). I weigh a little less then you and squat 315, but it took a while to get it to there. I'm also 7 years older then you so you can easily make 300lbs if you keep at it especially at that age. I bench 185 now, which is ok, but my shoulders really wont allow any more without injury. Keep it up and remember, Faithless is watching. Dode
So I finally went to the gym today, so I decided to try what you said. I was able to squat 350 (3 reps as well), and bench 190 (1 rep) I'm 16 about 165 lbs and been lifting for a little less than a year. So I think when I was your age / weight I was doing about the same maybe a bit more squat. But what you are doing is better than a lot of ppl I know so just keep at it. camperfriend
I wouldnt do try shit like that at your age, im younger but still. id wait for my growth to stop first. I suggest doing some cool sport, its more attractive for the grills and gives you something to look back to as you grow up.
