Lets say you win knife round and you pick CT side, you take your whole team and go to the CT side before the match goes live. When everyone ready's up, the mod will switch the teams and now you are on the T side. From now on whenever you pick a side, go to the opposite of what you choose and the mod will switch the teams. If you are a recruit+ and you do not have your tags on, tag enforcer will move you to spectate and will not allow you to join a team until you put tags on.
