Though it does depend largely on how everything went down. People that cooperate are a lot more likely to walk on simple possession. And the distinction has to be made that some laws aren't discretionary as far as enforcement goes. I'm not losing my job for someone that was too stupid to not get caught. Also, no-record guy with recreational quantities of pot usually gets slapped with a class A misdemeanor and gets probation. Slash legal talk/law enforcement policy tangent. I'm a real estate agent. i work about 20 hours a week. the neighborhoods I work around are very pricey. I make many sales in a town called Alpine N.J. . The property with the house is valued at 12 mil, nothing compared to what other houses are on sale for. the biggest one i sold cost 45 mil and it had a bowling alley, an ice cream parlor, and a movie theater the size of a cinemaplex.
