Perhaps it's something they can turn off, but because they've no idea they just leave it to advertise their hack? Don't think it happens for all the hackers. Always good to check text, if you're not sure as advertising this is a bannable offense - don't need to worry about recording and them turning their aimbot / wall hack etc. on and off for example.
