6. Please tell us about the incident: I was racist to Harley in a very small way. She responded and told me to stop. I did not continue with any racist remarks. I did continue to ask her to pay attention to me. She then decided it was in her right to ban me for racism with no other racial statments said. I was warned then banned, double jeopardy has taken place for 1 statment. I was not kicked but just banned.
