(Repeats to add dateline) June 28 (Reuters) - Bubba Watson won his second Travelers Championship the same way as the first, at the second extra hole. Watson beat Englishman Paul Casey in a playoff on Sunday at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut. In notching his eighth victory on the PGA Tour, left-hander Watson matched Canadian Mike Weir for second on the all-time southpaw list.
