Ron Burgundy Posted July 21, 2015 Share Posted July 21, 2015 Verizon Communications Inc on Tuesday lowered its full-year revenue target after users on average paid less for its services during the second quarter amid continuing industry competition and promotional activity. Verizon said it expected full-year revenue growth of at least 3 percent, below its previous forecast of 4 percent. Average revenue per user of $153.73 was down 3.8 percent from a year earlier and below the analysts' average forecast of $154.99, MoffettNathanson analyst Craig Moffett said in a note.
