Police in Scarborough, Maine, said they were contacted by the NFL over security concerns for Goodell's $6.5 million (6 million euro) house after Goodell rejected Brady's appeal of his ban stemming from the "Deflategate" scandal. "They did reach out and let us know about the decision and that it might not be popular," Scarborough Police Chief Robbie Moulton told the Portland Press Herald.
