Champ Kind Posted August 20, 2015 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Six-time all-star Chase Utley, who helped lead Philadelphia to a World Series title in 2008, was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers for a pair of minor-league prospects, the Phillies announced. The Phillies received outfielder Darnell Sweeney and right handed pitcher John Richy in exchange for second baseman Utley, who will go down in history as one of Philadelphia's all-time great players. The 36-year-old veteran not only put up all-star numbers at the plate and in the field for the Phillies but he was known for his tireless work ethic.
