AlexCS
So there was an ongoing dispute a little while ago regarding a particular rule. Here is the scenario: Round begins, cells are closed. Warden tells T's to get on top of their cell bunks, face back wall and freeze. Warden then says "When the cell doors open, get to the bottom of cell stairs and freeze." Now the discrepancy is whether the T's can move or not before the cells open. On one side, the reasoning is "The new order cancels out the old order and T's can move before the doors open." On the other side, the reasoning is "The new order begins at a particular time (in this case when the doors open) so T's must remain frozen." Could we get some clarification? I'm not sure the correct version but there were 6 or 7 or so people involved including staff members so it would be cool if you guys could shed some light. MizzMadelyne
It would just be safer to stay frozen..at least the way I've played it..after all..The warden said "When the cell doors open" This is like any other order ain't it? PLUS it says in chat when the cell doors have opened.
Huejay
do the order until the cell doors open (then the next order kicks in). remain frozen until the cell doors open and then you do the order. english is hard
Icon
Stay frozen till doors open. Saying that a new cancels out the old order is actually not true. /thread
